B형 부모에게서 AB형 자녀가 나왔다.

 

국내에서 새로운 시스-AB(cis-AB) 혈액형이 발견됐다 

이 여성은 난소낭종 수술을 위해 병원을 찾았다가 검사를 통해 혈액형이 시스-AB형이라는 사실을 처음 알게 됐다

이번에 발견된 새로운 시스-AB형은 부모에게서 시스-AB 유전자를 물려받지 않았다.

환자의 아버지와 어머니 모두 정상 B형이어서 매우 이례적이다.

본인에게 처음 유전자 돌연변이가 발생해 생긴 시스-AB형을 확인한 첫 사례다.
시스-AB형(cis-AB01)은 국내에서는 인구 1만명당 3~4명꼴로 발견되는 것으로 알려져 있다.
